Karl-Heinz Vosgerau (1928) is Herbert Siskins.

He was a very busy actor for TV and on stage from the 1970s on. He met Peter Zadek during his engagement at the Bochum Schauspielhaus and starred in his film, DER POTT, which became his first TV appearance. He had worked with Fassbinder on EIGHT OURS DON’T MAKE A DAY before he starred as Fred Stiller’s boss, one of the film’s male leads. He subsequently worked with internationally renowned directors including Volker Schlöndorff (THE LOST HONOUR OF KATHARINA BLUM) and Jirí Menzel (DIE SCHOKOLADENSCHNÜFFLER). Vosgerau has always remained closely connected to theater work.
